The idea of the project is to create a modern “health city” in Derbent – a complex of medical institutions that combines advanced architectural solutions, green areas and a comfortable environment to ensure a high level of service and convenience for both patients and employees.

The total area of the complex is approximately 74,000 square meters, located on a territory of 9.6 hectares, which ensures efficient functioning and comfort for patients, staff and visitors.

The center is conceived as a “health city” — a modern space where every detail contributes to a high level of service and a favorable atmosphere. The complex includes:
– Outpatient clinic for 1300 visits per shift
– Children's and adult hospital with 275 beds
– Infectious disease building with 80 beds
- Food and laundry buildings
– Garage for 6 cars

Modern minimalism with clear lines, decorative slats and stemalite panels create a light and elegant appearance.

The rhythmic alternation of window slopes forms a unique “pattern” that emphasizes the individuality of each building and maintains the uniform style of the complex.
